Flute teacher
As a performing musician, I experience great satisfaction from playing flute and percussion in ensemble and playing for my own pleasure. Being one of the the musical directors for an orchestra, I also get to experience the joy of conducting performances and arranging music specifically for the musicians with whom I work. If you are beginning your flute or theory journey, I can tailor my teaching to your aspirations. Exams can be worked towards- I have 100% pass rate- or perhaps there is a certain piece you would like to be able to play one day. I design my lessons according to my students’ needs, with an emphasis on confidence-boosting.
Adult and child beginners
Beginners are very welcome. It is never too late to start learning an instrument or learn theory. For younger beginners, the age of 8 years is perfect to start learning. With a balance of personalised tuition, patience, and positive encouragement. I make learning fun through a variety of engaging activities. Get in touch today to schedule a lesson at your convenience.
